It is well-facilitated, with all the requisite amenities and machines that help us execute different production activities as well as storage effectively. Our infrastructure is divided into different sections, such as the production unit, quality control unit, and warehouse section. All these units are supported by a team of qualified and experienced professionals, which makes judicious utilization of the available resources. The production unit is equipped with the latest machines and plants to manufacture products that meet international quality standards. Some of these machines are as follows:

Warehouse & Packaging

We have developed a well-ventilated and spacious warehouse unit that enables us to store the bulk of our products. Installed with advanced arrangements such as fire safety, stock lifting and appropriately labeled sections, the unit facilitates our ability to store quality products with ease. Besides, it is managed by a team of skilled warehouse personnel, which also keeps track of the products stored and delivered. Owing to its strategic location in Mumbai, it is also well connected with roads.

We also have a team of skilled packaging staff, which assists us in taking maximum care at the time of packaging. They ensure the use of excellent quality packaging material that avoids any type of damage during loading, unloading, and transit.

Manufacturing Facilities

We have a well-developed infrastructure that spreads across a sprawling area of 2000–2500 sq ft. Our infrastructure is well equipped with various in-house facilities, like a manufacturing unit, a quality control unit, an R&D unit, and warehousing & packaging facilities.

Due to our manufacturing expertise, we are providing quality products to our clients. We source our entire range of stainless steel sheets from reputed vendors, wherein, our procurement agents and quality controllers visit their premises before the procurement process is carried out. This is done to obtain quality products.

Our manufacturing units are well equipped with modern machinery and equipment. These technologically advanced manufacturing units enable us to manufacture more than 500 kitchen equipment pieces complete with SS 304 with unmatchable finishing. With this, we can meet the requirements of our clients within the specified time frame.
